We would like to take the opportunity to sincerely thank you all for your commitment to our event. Although the Ice Gods were not with us this year, it was not for lack of enthusiasm. We at Skate the Bay are committed to making this an internationally renowned annual event. The community response to our efforts was fantastic. It is likely we would have had over 100 entries from all over the northeast and Canada. This is exceptional for a first year event.
Please check out our news tab on this web site as we proceed toward next year. We will keep you informed of all the Marathon Skate International races on the circuit for the 2009 season. Now that our Dress Rehearsal has been completed we are ready for the "Real Thing in 2009 "
